    Became a member of Quality Association of Turkey (KalDer) in 2005, Sertans Logistics undersigned in 2010 Declaration of National Quality Movement (UKH) prepared by KalDer, and publicly announced that it adopted the basic principles of EFQM – BUSINESS EXCELLENCE MODEL as its work method.

    Applied to EFQM Excellence Model Stages in the same year, Sertrans directly applied for the second stage, Competency in Excellence, without applying for the first one, which is commitment to excellence. As a result of the document examination and site visit by KalDer’s assessment team, it was awarded with EFQM COMPETENCY IN EXCELLENCE – THREE-STAR CERTIFICATE.


    Sertrans Logistics’ success in applying the principles of total quality and corporate management, as well as in developing sustainable competition and business processes was crowned with an international award and document in 2012.

    In the framework of International Quality Awards given by Business Initiative Directions (BID) based in Switzerland, in three categories as golden, platinum and diamond, Sertrans Logistics was awarded with both golden prize and BID Quality Certificate in 2012, based on its total quality management model and its success in the fields of customer satisfaction, leadership, strategic planning and innovation.
