Sertrans, which aims at offering logistic solutions to its customers, carries out its operations as it observes unconditional customer satisfaction. Our quality assurance system, which was designed to meet the customers’ need in the best manner possible, has, in time, become a way of work for Sertrans Logistics. The goal of our Quality Policy is to assure the service quality as we have the service process initiated by the receipt of the customer demand based on documents in relation to our ways of work and as the Quality Management System is structured thereon.

The Quality Management activities, within which all Sertrans employees assume certain duties, and Setrans Holding Quality Management System was audited in accordance with the ISO 9001-2000 standard and certified thereafter to be valid until 2009 by SGS, a UKAS accredited audit company.
